Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Officer based in Bengaluru. The Administrative Officer will manage day-to-day operations and administrative tasks essential for the smooth functioning of the organization. Responsibilities include handling general office administration, providing efficient administrative assistance, maintaining organized records, and ensuring excellent customer service through effective communication and coordination. The role also involves liaising with various teams, managing scheduling, and addressing administrative challenges as they arise.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in General Administration and Administrative Assistance to ensure efficient office operations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain records systematically
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in basic office software and tools is an added advantage
• Previous experience in administrative or office management roles is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
