About the Role
We are seeking Clinical Research Associates (Freelancers) to help improve how AI models understand, analyze, and reason about clinical trials, research protocols, study monitoring, regulatory compliance, and evidence-based medical research.
In this role, you will leverage your clinical research expertise to create realistic study scenarios, evaluate AI-generated responses, develop expert reference answers, and provide structured feedback that helps improve the accuracy, compliance, and reasoning capabilities of advanced AI systems.
What You’ll Do
- Design realistic clinical research and trial management scenarios
- Develop expert-level reference responses aligned with industry regulations and best practices
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, compliance, scientific validity, and operational feasibility
- Review and assess topics including:
- Grade AI outputs using structured evaluation frameworks and rubrics
- Provide detailed written feedback to help improve model performance
- Participate in onboarding sessions, calibration exercises, and specialty-specific review activities
- Collaborate with AI researchers and healthcare experts to enhance model capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, PharmD, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Life Sciences, Nursing, Medicine, or related healthcare qualification
- Experience in clinical research, clinical trial monitoring, clinical operations, or research coordination
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills
- Prior experience reviewing research reports, clinical documentation, or regulatory submissions is a plus
