About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and vendor management operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in procurement strategy, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization, ensuring timely delivery of quality goods and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee sourcing activities to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and compliance.
- Monitor procurement budgets and optimize cost savings without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, supply chain) to align requirements.
- Lead procurement risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare procurement reports and present insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of proven procurement or supply chain management experience.
- Strong knowledge of global procurement practices and compliance requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and contract drafting skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Singapore.
