Jimmy’s Dips & Sauces is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Warehouse Executive to join our manufacturing unit in Mahape, Mumbai.

This is an in-person role in Mahape. If that doesn’t work for you, please let us know so we don’t proceed further.

Key Responsibilities

Manage dispatches for Quick Commerce, E-commerce, B2B, and Retail orders.

Handle inwarding of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.

Procure raw materials and packaging as per production requirements.

Coordinate with vendors for order placement, dispatches, and deliveries.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.

Coordinate with the accounts team for vendor payments and documentation.

Support warehouse operations, stock management, and order fulfillment.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management.

Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.

Familiarity with Quick Commerce or E-commerce operations is a plus.

Good communication, coordination, and Excel skills.

Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment
