A renowned Company engaged in Duct Manufacturing and Structural Steel Fabrication for the last more than two decades, having plants PAN India, is Urgently required a candidate having in-depth experience in Banking Operations, Banking Compliances, Fund Raising, Interest Negotiation, Documentation and Handling LC & BGs.
Job Responsibilities·
- Corporate funding, Liaison with Banks and Complete Compliance
- Documentation of Corporate Funding and directly deal with Bankers.
- Day to day Banking (RTGS, NEFT, NET BANKING, ETC)
- Review and Accounting of Bank Commission and Bank Charges
- Monitoring of CC/OD/BG limits
- Issuance of new Bank Guarantees(BG) and Amendments
- Bank Reconciliation and coordination with banks on day-to-day basis
- Handling LC ; opening, discounting, amendments, etc.
- Verification of various Invoices of Vendors, Suppliers, Clients as well as expenses of employees.
- Foreign Remittance Against Import
- Liaison with various stake holders
- Independent noting, drafting and correspondence
- Documentation & MIS Reporting
Qualification
- B.Com/M.Com/MBA-Finance, etc.
Experience
- Having 8-10 years experience of dealing with Banks in a Manufacturing Company.
- Proficient in working on Tally ERP 9 and other Accounting Software
- Operational knowledge of MS World, Excel, Internet and Email.
Skill Required
- Presentable with strong communication skills
- Good Analytical and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative to proactively resolve various issues.
- Able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per month
