Director, Project Management (Remote – United States)

Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Director of Project Management to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive strategic execution, and ensure successful delivery of complex programs across the organization. This role will be responsible for aligning project outcomes with business objectives while maintaining strong governance, structure, and operational clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and program management across multiple strategic initiatives
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain structured project governance frameworks and reporting standards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution excellence
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies, tools, and processes
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights on portfolio performance
• Support resource planning and prioritization across concurrent initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior project or program management roles
• Strong background in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical teams
• Experience with project management frameworks and delivery methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
