Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist for Real Estate role based in Bangalore Rural. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to generate qualified leads for property sales and rentals. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating engaging content tailored to various platforms, and running paid campaigns across search and social. The role involves monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to increase conversions and brand visibility. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales and listing teams to promote new properties, support open house and event promotions, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all online touchpoints.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, lead generation, and funnel optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing for real estate or related industries, including content planning, community management, and paid social campaigns.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to track performance, optimize campaigns, and report key metrics.
• Excellent Communication skills for writing clear marketing copy, collaborating with internal teams, and engaging prospects across digital channels.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing trends, local property markets, and buyer behavior is highly desirable.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and basic SEO/SEM practices is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
