About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Software Developer with approximately 1 year of hands-on experience in Rhino/Grasshopper, SQLite, WPF with C#. You will work on developing intelligent engineering design tools, parametric modelling workflows, and desktop applications that serve structural and architectural professionals.

Key Responsibilities

•      Design, develop, and maintain Rhino/Grasshopper Plugins and desktop applications using C# and WPF.

•      Build and extend parametric plugins and scripts for Rhino 3D using Grasshopper.

•      Design and manage SQLite databases for local data storage in desktop tools.

•      Collaborate with engineers and designers to translate domain requirements into software features.

•      Debug, test, and optimize existing codebases for performance and reliability.

•      Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

•      Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

•      C# (.NET Framework / .NET Core) – solid fundamentals, OOP concepts.

•      WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) – XAML, MVVM pattern, data binding, UI controls.

•      Rhino 3D & Grasshopper – plugin development or scripting using RhinoCommon / GH SDK.

•      SQLite – schema design, CRUD operations, query optimization.

•      Version control using Git.

Soft Skills

•      Strong verbal and written communication skills in English – ability to clearly articulate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•      Self-driven with the ability to learn new tools and technologies independently.

•      Good problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

•      Team player who can collaborate effectively in a small, fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification

•      B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

•      Candidates from Architecture or Civil Engineering backgrounds with strong programming skills will also be considered.

Good to Have

•      Exposure to structural or architectural engineering workflows.

•      Familiarity with IDEA StatiCa or similar structural analysis software.

•      Experience with REST APIs or any cloud integration.

•      Knowledge of Python scripting within Rhino/Grasshopper.

Location

This position is in Pune, Maharashtra. Candidates must be available to work on-site in Pune. Relocation assistance is not provided; only candidates currently based in Pune or willing to relocate at their own cost will be considered.
