📌 Role: Junior Officer HR

📍 Deputation: Walzen Strips Pvt Ltd, Site Plant Office at Tata Steel – Gamharia Plant, Jamshedpur

🎯 Preferred Candidate Location: Gamharia, Adityapur or nearby region, manufacturing industry preffered, having safety pass to work in Tata Site will be an added advantage.

📅 Experience Required: 2–4 years

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment and onboarding formalities
• Handle biometric, medical & JNTVTI registration as per TATA norms
• Maintain HR statutory documents for billing (Wages Register, Muster Roll, etc.)
• Register new employees under EPF & ESIC
• Need to visit other sites at Jharkhand periodic basis monthly to ensure needful HR reports and coordination support.
• Provide administrative & data support to Site Senior HR
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company HR practices

🛠 Must-Have Skills:
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong MIS & data handling abilities
• Knowledge of EPF, ESIC, statutory documentation and Plant HR operations.
• Experience with TATA CLM Portal is a strong plus

Offered package: 25k to 28k (Gross / month) + Travel reimbursement
