Hiring: CRM Data Management Associate – Mumbai

Location: Mumbai

Shift: Usually 11:00/11:30 AM – 8:00/8:30 PM IST (flexibility required for business needs)

Experience: 2-5Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain client and prospect information within CRM systems.
• Perform legal entity setup, maintenance, and matching for reporting requirements.
• Review and maintain client and legal entity hierarchies.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies.
• Manage trade resolution activities for Financial Advisors and Partnership Firms.
• Map investor-level and flow data received from transfer agents into CRM systems.
• Troubleshoot queries and requests from Sales Teams.
• Support business reporting requirements.
• Perform data cleansing and validation related to mergers and consolidations.
• Maintain executive-level information within CRM databases.
• Participate in large-scale projects and system enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of the Investment Management industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Experience with CRM systems is required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or Capital IQ will be an added advantage.
