Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Europe Student Visa – Back Office Executive. The responsibilities include assisting with visa application filing, documentation review, data entry, and managing communications with students and relevant authorities. The role entails maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with visa regulations, and providing updates to clients about their application status. The Back Office Executive will also collaborate with the consulting team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for student visa applications.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in data entry and document management
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic knowledge of visa application procedures and compliance requirements
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work as a collaborative team player
• Familiarity with office software and tools such as MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Prior experience in visa processing or related field is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
