Job Title: Store Manager – Jewellery Showroom

Location: Yamunanagar Haryana

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales targets and achieve monthly/annual revenue goals.
• Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and jewellery security.
• Monitor billing, cash handling, and store compliance procedures.
• Ensure visual merchandising and showroom presentation meet brand standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service.
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management on business performance.
• Maintain high standards of staff grooming and customer experience.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of jewellery retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of diamonds, gold, gemstones, and jewellery retail operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills.
• Experience in inventory control, team management, and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in POS, billing, and retail software.

Preferred:

• Experience with premium/luxury jewellery brands.
• Graduate/MBA preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
