Position: Client Support Representative
Key Responsibilities
● Respond to client enquiries via email, phone calls, and support tickets in a professional and timely manner.
● Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
● Communicate confidently with UK-based clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism at all times.
● Investigate client issues, identify root causes, and provide accurate resolutions.
● Learn and understand company products, services, and processes quickly.
● Accurately document client interactions and maintain detailed records.
● Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
● Follow established support procedures and service standards.
● Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on system enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential
● Excellent written English with strong grammar, spelling, and email-writing skills.
● Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner.
● Ability to communicate effectively with UK-based clients.
● Quick learner with the ability to absorb and retain new information efficiently.
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
● Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of customer issues.
Preferred
● Previous experience in customer support, helpdesk, client services, or a similar role.
● Experience using CRM, ticketing, or support management systems.
● At least one year in Technical Support.
Working Hours
● Full-time position, Permanent
● Monday to Friday
● Rotational shift between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM (IST)
● Candidates must be comfortable working hours aligned with UK business operations.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per month
