Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Courier Partnerships & Operations Manager. The person in this role will manage relationships with multiple courier partners, including onboarding, performance reviews, contract negotiations, and service-level adherence. They will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, monitor key metrics such as delivery performance, RTO, TAT, and COD remittance timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations. The role involves analyzing data to optimize courier allocation, routes, and costs, while implementing process improvements and SOPs to drive operational efficiency. The manager will also collaborate closely with customer support and product teams to address operational pain points and support new feature rollouts impacting courier and logistics workflows.

Qualifications

• *EXPERIENCE A MUST IN SHIPPING AGGREGATION.*
• Strong Customer Service skills, with experience handling escalations and aligning courier and internal teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Experience in Training team members or external partners on processes, tools, and SOPs related to logistics and courier operations.
• Hands-on Logistics Management and Transportation experience, ideally in ecommerce, 3PL, or courier aggregation environments.
• Exposure to fast-paced service industries (such as Food & Beverage or similar sectors) with a focus on operations, service quality, and turnaround time.
• Ability to interpret operational data and dashboards, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for cost and performance optimization.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills for managing courier partners and internal cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic analytics tools; familiarity with logistics or order management systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; prior experience in ecommerce logistics or shipping tech is preferred.
