Bhagya Achievers is hiring Academic Counsellors to guide students and help them choose the right courses for CA, CS, CMA, and Banking Exams.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with student inquiries and leads
• Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities
• Handle outbound calls and achieve enrollment targets
• Maintain student records and CRM updates
• Build strong relationships with prospective students

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of Academic Counselling, Education Counselling, Telecalling, or Sales experience
• Excellent Hindi & English communication skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Laptop and stable internet connection required
