About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing – Brand, Digital & Retail Growth to lead brand strategy, digital marketing, customer acquisition, showroom marketing, and business growth initiatives for a fast-growing retail organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand building, performance marketing, retail marketing, customer engagement, and omnichannel growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Growth Strategy
- Lead overall brand positioning, communication, and customer engagement strategy.
- Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across retail, digital, and customer touchpoints.
Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Lead performance marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Drive SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, CRM, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Optimize campaign performance, ROAS, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates.
- Support e-commerce and mobile app growth initiatives.
Retail & Regional Marketing
- Plan and execute showroom launch campaigns, local marketing initiatives, and seasonal promotions.
- Drive footfall generation, customer engagement, and regional marketing programs.
- Manage retail branding, visual merchandising support, and customer experience marketing.
PR, Influencer & Media Management
- Build influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
- Lead PR, media relations, and corporate communication initiatives.
- Enhance brand visibility through industry events, awards, and leadership platforms.
Marketing Analytics & Team Leadership
- Manage annual marketing budgets and agency relationships.
- Track campaign performance, ROI, customer acquisition, and brand growth metrics.
- Build and lead high-performing teams across brand, digital, CRM, content, and marketing operations.
Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory
- 10–15 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- SEO/SEM

Preferred
- Experience in Jewellery Retail, Luxury Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, Consumer Retail, or Omnichannel Businesses.
- Experience managing large marketing budgets and multi-location campaigns.
- Strong exposure to influencer marketing and e-commerce growth.
Educational Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred.
- Digital Marketing, Branding, or Analytics certifications will be an added advantage.
