Growth Marketing & AI Automation Intern (Remote) Full Time

About us

We are a London-based business group building and scaling a portfolio of digital brands, products, and online ventures.

We are looking for an unusually ambitious and technically sharp graduate or early-career candidate in India to join us as a Growth Marketing & AI Automation Intern.

This is not a typical digital marketing internship. You will work directly on multiple real brands, help build organic growth systems, support product marketing, use AI and automation tools, and learn how digital businesses are built and scaled internationally.

The role is 100% remote, so you can work from home without needing to relocate or commute.

Who this role is for

This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to prove themselves, wants international exposure, and is serious about building a high-value career in digital growth, product marketing, SEO, analytics, and AI-powered marketing automation.

You do not need to come from an elite Tier-1 institution. We are especially interested in high-potential candidates from strong universities and colleges in places such as Bangalore, Mangalore, Manipal, Karnataka, and other parts of India.

We care much more about your intelligence, discipline, learning speed, practical skills, and attitude than your university brand.

What you will work on

You will support growth across a portfolio of brands and digital businesses.

Your work may include:

• Organic growth strategy
• SEO research and execution
• Keyword research and content planning
• Competitor research
• Product positioning and messaging
• Landing page improvement
• Conversion rate optimization
• Email and newsletter growth
• Analytics and reporting
• Customer journey analysis
• AI-assisted marketing workflows
• Marketing automation using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, and similar platforms
• Testing new growth channels
• Supporting conservative, carefully measured paid marketing experiments where appropriate

Our focus is primarily on building sustainable, organic, revenue-generating growth systems rather than relying heavily on paid advertising.

Skills we are looking for

You do not need to be an expert in everything, but you should have strong interest, self-learning ability, and preferably some practical exposure in areas such as:

• SEO
• Google Search Console
• GA4 / Google Analytics
• Google Tag Manager
• Keyword research
• Content marketing
• Landing page optimization
• Product marketing
• Copywriting
• Funnel analysis
• Email marketing
• Competitor analysis
• Google Ads / PPC fundamentals
• CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, and other growth metrics
• AI tools for marketing
• Marketing automation tools
• Spreadsheet-based analysis
• Clear written communication

Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, SEO, digital marketing, product marketing, or marketing analytics are helpful, but practical ability matters more than certificates alone.

Previous full-time work experience is not required. However, you should be able to show evidence of learning, projects, certifications, internships, freelance work, experiments, or serious self-study.

Compensation and growth path

This is a paid 6-month remote internship.

Internship compensation: ₹2.5 LPA equivalent.

At the end of the internship, top performers may be offered a full-time role.

Indicative full-time path for strong performers:

• Year 1: Up to ₹6 LPA, including performance bonus
• Year 2: ₹7–8 LPA based on performance
• Year 3: ₹9–10 LPA based on performance

Exceptional long-term performers may also be considered for future opportunities connected to our London head office, subject to business requirements, performance, visa eligibility, and applicable immigration rules.

Selection process

The selection process will focus on practical ability rather than just CVs. We are looking for quality of thinking, clarity, attention to detail, learning ability, and commercial judgment.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a three-stage interview process.

The first stage is a one-way video interview designed to help us understand your background, education, skills, certifications, experience, career goals, and suitability for the role.

Successful candidates will then be invited to a live video interview focused on the technical aspects of the role, including digital marketing, analytics, product marketing, organic growth, paid advertising knowledge, AI tools, and automation.

Final-stage candidates will be invited to a final live video interview to discuss long-term fit, working style, expectations, and next steps.

(Please note: candidates will not be asked to complete any unpaid projects or unpaid assignments as part of the selection process.)
