We are looking for a Sales Operations, Marketing & Growth Associate to support lead generation, outbound sales, CRM management, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives. This role will work closely with company leadership to help drive revenue growth, build sales processes, and expand Neoqubit’s market presence globally.
## Key Responsibilities
### Sales Operations & Lead Generation
* Build targeted prospect lists and account databases.
* Identify decision-makers and buying committees across enterprise accounts.
* Conduct market research and account intelligence gathering.
* Manage CRM data quality, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
* Support business development and partnership initiatives.
### Outbound Sales & Prospecting
* Launch and manage outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.
* Create and manage prospect segmentation lists.
* Support appointment setting and lead qualification activities.
* Track outreach performance and optimize conversion rates.
### Marketing & Demand Generation
* Assist with LinkedIn, Google, and digital advertising campaigns.
* Support content marketing, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
* Coordinate webinars, events, partnerships, and lead generation campaigns.
* Track campaign performance and marketing ROI.
* Assist with website updates, landing pages, and marketing assets.
### Systems & Automation
* Build and maintain sales and marketing workflows.
* Automate lead enrichment and prospect research processes.
* Improve reporting, dashboarding, and operational efficiency using AI and automation tools.

* Experience working with US, Middle East, or European markets.
* Familiarity with AI and emerging technology industries is a plus.
