Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)

Role:

Serve as a strategic member working very closely with the CEO and the leadership team, driving the people strategy to support the firm’s growth plans, making the HR function more resilient and future ready – lead the design and institutionalisation of forward-looking HR strategies focused on talent acquisition, talent management and development. leadership development, organizational culture, performance measurement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive the organisation’s culture amongst the workforce.
• Align the people strategy with business goals and create a roadmap.
• Build and execute a scalable organisational structure to support rapid expansion across industry segments and solutions and sub-solutions.
• Drive the right HR structure to ensure that the right skills, roles, and leadership capabilities are in place for future growth.
• Design high-impact talent acquisition and employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
• Establish scalable ecosystem and talent sources and pipelines to meet projected headcount growth.
• Forge partnerships with universities and other educational institutions to drive fresh talent.
• Work with POD to strengthen leadership capabilities through coaching and leadership development programs.
