Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end joining formalities for Bengali workmen, from onboarding till exit.
- Provide support in payroll processing for Bengali workmen.
- Assist in recruitment activities for Bengali workmen.
- Support manpower planning and coordinate recruitment of Bengali workmen.
- Oversee and coordinate matters related to the stay / accommodation area of Bengali workmen.
- Handle grievances and respond to queries received through phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Act as a point of contact for Bengali workmen for HR-related support.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Hindi or Bengali is required.
- English is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge is essential.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle workmen-related matters with patience and clarity.
