We’re Hiring: Patient Coordinator
At Plexus, we believe that the patient journey begins long before the first consultation. We are looking for a Patient Coordinator who can be the bridge between enquiry and care—guiding families with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to patient enquiries received through website, calls, and social media platforms
• Provide accurate and detailed information about treatment programs, services, and processes
• Understand patient needs and guide them toward the most suitable care pathway
• Coordinate appointments and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Maintain timely follow-ups with prospective patients and caregivers
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams for seamless communication
• Maintain records of enquiries, conversions, and patient interactions
• Build trust with patients and families through empathetic communication
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to simplify medical/treatment information for patients and caregivers
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Prior experience in healthcare coordination/customer care is a plus
• A compassionate, patient-first mindset
