Business Development Executive(Experience : 3-5 Yrs) Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aerospace, defense, aviation, and manufacturing sectors.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, industry events, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, suppliers, aerospace manufacturers, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales opportunities, customer interactions, and business development activities through CRM systems.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, government initiatives, and emerging technologies in the aerospace sector.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Participate in aerospace exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand business opportunities.
• Develop strategic partnerships and long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management within the Aerospace, Aviation, Defense, Manufacturing, or Engineering sectors.
• Strong understanding of aerospace products, services, supply chains, or engineering solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
• Experience in proposal preparation, contract discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of aerospace regulations, standards, and industry practices.
• Experience working with OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, or defense organizations.
