Timings: Flexible Working Hours
Availability: Must be available between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM (2 hours daily) for training, coordination, and recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for open positions
• Connect with candidates through calls and other recruitment channels
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates
• Follow recruitment processes and hiring guidelines
• Support assigned hiring requirements within timelines
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Payout Structure:

• Performance-Based Earnings
• Payout is released after the selected candidate successfully completes 45 / 60 working days with the hiring organization.
• Payout amount varies depending on the position and hiring requirement.
• Typical payouts may range from ₹1,500 to ₹3,500 per successful placement, with some positions offering higher payouts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 Months Recruitment Experience
• Good Communication and Candidate Coordination Skills
• Basic Understanding of Recruitment Processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
