Role Description

The Brand Marketing Head – PR & Digital is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This position involves developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and managing public relations and digital marketing campaigns. The role requires crafting impactful marketing initiatives, maintaining consistency in brand messaging, and overseeing the brand’s presence across various digital and traditional platforms. Responsibilities also include managing the brand’s reputation, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Strong expertise in Brand Marketing, Brand Strategy, and cultivating Brand Awareness
• Experience in Marketing and implementing effective Brand Management techniques
• Proficiency in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven experience in public relations and digital marketing is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is an added advantage
