Community & Growth Manager Full Time

CreateCrew is India’s marketplace for the creator economy, connecting YouTubers, podcasters, streamers, brands, and content creators with highly skilled creator-native freelancers such as video editors, thumbnail designers, scriptwriters, motion designers, and voiceover artists.

About the Role

We are looking for a Founding Community & Growth Manager to help grow and strengthen the CreateCrew ecosystem.

You will be responsible for attracting, onboarding, engaging, and supporting creators and freelancers while helping shape the growth strategy of the company. This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to work directly with the founding team.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage creator and freelancer communities across various platforms.
• Onboard new creators and freelancers to CreateCrew.
• Engage with users through social media, online communities, and direct outreach.
• Develop and execute user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
• Build relationships with creators, agencies, freelancer groups, and community leaders.
• Gather user feedback and collaborate with the product team to improve the platform experience.
• Design referral programs, engagement campaigns, and community initiatives.
• Monitor community health and growth metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Organize online events, webinars, workshops, and community meetups.
• Help establish scalable community processes and best practices as the company grows.

• Familiarity with platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, X, Reddit, and creator communities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment with growth strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in community management, growth, marketing, creator partnerships, sales, business development, or customer success.
• Experience managing online communities or social media groups.
• Understanding of creator workflows and freelancer marketplaces.
• Previous startup experience is a plus.
