About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and purchase documentation for civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing procurement and purchasing activities for construction projects

• Vendor identification, negotiation, and coordination

• Raising and tracking Purchase Orders (POs)

• Maintaining purchase records, invoices, and documentation

• Coordinating with project and site teams for material requirements

• Ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials

• Monitoring inventory and supplier performance

Experienced in construction procurement processes

Fluent in Konkani Hindi and English

Strong in vendor management and negotiation

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Location: Goa

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2–4 Years

Industry Preference: Civil Construction / Road Construction / Infrastructure Projects

Qualifications

• Strong procurement skills, including experience with Purchase Management and Procurement processes.
• Hands-on experience handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions in a structured, trackable manner.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and management.
• Familiarity with construction materials, suppliers, and basic contract terms is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Panaji, manage multiple priorities, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, basic ERP or procurement software, and documentation practices.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in construction or infrastructure, is a plus.
