Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ophthalmologist based at the SCEH Hisar location. The Ophthalmologist will be responsible for diagnosing and managing ophthalmic conditions, performing surgeries, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role also involves consulting with patients, performing specialized diagnostic evaluations, overseeing treatments, and utilizing advanced technologies, including laser procedures, to deliver high-quality patient care. Additionally, the role may include mentoring junior staff and contributing to public health initiatives where necessary.

Roles-

• Expertise in Ophthalmology and a strong foundation in Medicine and Optometry
• Proficiency in performing surgeries related to eye care, including cataract and other specialized procedures
• Experience with laser treatments and advanced ophthalmic technologies
• Commitment to compassionate patient care and the ability to work in diverse healthcare settings
• Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology and relevant certifications; fellowship training is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster patient trust and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in public health or community outreach is a plus.
