About the Role
Frostlyne is expanding its operations in Coimbatore and is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our HVAC, Air Conditioning, Cold Room, and Refrigeration service division.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing service operations, leading technicians, handling customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through service and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HVAC and refrigeration service operations.
- Lead and supervise technicians, helpers, and subcontractors.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service escalations.
- Coordinate AC installation, maintenance, repair, and AMC activities.
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments.
- Prepare quotations and service proposals.
- Ensure timely execution of service calls and projects.
- Develop relationships with commercial and industrial clients.
- Generate service and maintenance business opportunities.
- Maintain service records, reports, and operational KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Facility Management.
- Strong technical knowledge of AC systems, refrigeration systems, and cold rooms.
- Experience in team management and field service operations.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and build local operations.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
Salary & Benefits
💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
