Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to lead the day-today operations of our Outpatient (OPD) Neuro Rehabilitation Centre. The ideal candidate will oversee the efficient functioning of the clinic,, ensure optimal patient care, This role is essential for maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Clinic Operations Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the OPD neuro rehab centre, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure the clinic operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of care and service delivery.
• Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure smooth functioning. 2. Staff Management:
• Lead, supervise, and support non-clinical staff,administrative personnel, and support staff.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all services. 3. Patient Experience:
• Ensure an exceptional patient experience by maintaining a high level of service and care.
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention. Oversee the patient intake process, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient onboarding. 4. Financial Management:
• Monitor and manage the centre’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and financial reporting, working closely with the finance department.
• Develop strategies to optimize revenue generation and manage operational costs. 5.
• Maintain updated records, licenses, and certifications for the clinic and staff.
• Coordinate audits and inspections as required
