Full job description
We are looking for Operations Associates for IT services to join our team at Mohali.
The job is about handling day-to-day tech and non-tech tasks online such as performing online research, data mining, managing MS Word and Excel, creating PPTs managing blogs, SEO, social media accounts, website changes, Calender Scheduling, generating invoices etc.
The candidates will get an opportunity to work with overseas clients and get exposure to live IT projects.
Work Responsibilities:
-Client interaction through Email & Phone
– Manage Social Media accounts
– Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – Website Audit, Competitor Analysis, On-page & Off-page SEO,Content promotion etc.
-Manage Microsoft Excel and Documents
-Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
-Create PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) as assigned
-Manage Social media accounts, blogs, etc.
-Manage business development operations and work on platforms like up work, guru, etc.
-Learning new tools and platforms online
-Handle design related tasks and operate tools like Canva.
Key Skills
– Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, MS Excel)
– Phone, email, and instant messaging (chat) skills
– Good organizational and time management skills
– Online Research
– Good verbal & written communication
– Possess strong interpersonal skills
Candidates with the following qualities will be preferred.

Salary: 15k- 20k
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
