Role Description The Social Media and Marketing Expert will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Sigma Research Academy’s marketing and social media activities. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lucknow and involves creating and managing content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, managing online communities, and supporting lead generation and brand awareness efforts. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to promote services such as Ph.D. thesis support, research paper assistance, and book publication support, as well as preparing marketing materials, presentations, and basic sales collateral. The expert will stay current with industry trends and platform updates to recommend improvements and ensure consistent, professional messaging.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and spoken English for professional and academic audiences.
• Marketing and Marketing Strategy skills to plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns that support brand awareness and lead generation.
• Social Media Marketing skills, including content planning, posting, engagement, and analytics across major social platforms.
• Sales and basic business development skills to support inquiries, convert leads, and collaborate on promotional activities.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as social media management platforms, basic design tools (e.g., Canva), and analytics dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in education, academic services, or research-focused organizations is an advantage.
