We are currently hiring for our US-based clients — a fast-growing real estate investment and bridge lending firm. 

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Loan Servicer & Fund Accountant to join our growing operations team. This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational hire, playing a key role in building and streamlining loan servicing and fund administration processes from the ground up while working directly with a dynamic US-based team.

Key Responsibilities

1 – Loan Servicing:

• Build and manage end-to-end loan servicing processes for bridge loans and real estate lending operations
• Monitor loan portfolios, payment schedules, and borrower accounts
• Prepare and maintain loan servicing reports, statements, and documentation
• Coordinate with borrowers, investors, and internal teams on loan-related matters
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review loan data for onboarding and servicing accuracy.
• Ensure timely remittances and generate detailed activity and performance reports.
• Standardize and maintain monthly/weekly reports on cash flows, payments, and expenses.
• Perform regular servicing reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process transactions, analyze servicing trial balances, and flag irregularities.
• Analyze loan budgets, project drawdowns, and construction timelines.
• Monitor interest-only (IO) payments and subordinate positions (B-pieces).

2 – Bookkeeping & Fund Administration:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for the lending company and investment fund
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• Support fund administration functions including NAV reporting and document sharing with fund admin partners
• Assist with financial reporting, month-end close, and audit preparation
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records across all accounts

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Proven experience in loan servicing, asset management, or mortgage finance operations (preferred).
• Strong bookkeeping and accounting background
• CPA, CA, CMA, qualification strongly preferred.
• Experience with fund administration or investment funds is a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Prior experience working with US-based clients or companies preferred
