What makes the role meaty?
● Facilitate new joiner onboarding, ensure timely creation of employee IDs, and maintain accurate records in HR systems
● Maintain and update employee information in HR databases and trackers, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
● Coordinate with vendors for background checks, track progress, and ensure timely closure of pending cases
● Prepare and issue employee letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other HR-related documents
● Handle vendor invoice verification, coordination with finance, and timely processing of payments related to HR operations
● Provide documentation and process support during internal and external HR audits; ensure compliance with organizational and statutory requirements

● A recent graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration
● An eye for details and accuracy
● Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems/tools
● The ability to handle confidential information with integrity
