Job Description:
Job Purpose
- To manage, operate, monitor, and improve PAN Hindalco SDWAN infrastructure and associated managed network services to achieve desired SLAs and provide value to the businesses within agreed timelines across all Hindalco Locations.
- Managing and Monitoring PAN Hindalco WAN Network & Applications including EKAAYAN Infra with help of SolarWinds.
- Implementation and commissioning of all PAN Hindalco New projects of Network.
- To manage, Installation, monitor, and troubleshoot PAN Hindalco Wi-Fi Devices.
- Managing Data Center and DR Operation of EKAAYAN’s New ERP which will be used as Single ERP for Hindalco.
- To manage, Installation, monitor, and troubleshoot PAN Hindalco Security Solutions like Cloud Proxy, Cloud VPN NAC, etc.

Supporting Actions
1. Management / Monitoring of Hindalco SDWAN Network.
- Manage, monitoring and troubleshooting of Hindalco SDWAN Network, this is spread across 51 locations.
- Ensure high availability of Hindalco network through Continuous monitoring of SDWAN TCL & Sify links on basis 24*7 for critical locations.
- Liaison with Sify,TCL,Airtel,JIO for Commissioning, Up-gradation & troubleshooting of WAN link for across Hindalco locations to assure Hindalco Network is UP & Stable.
- Co-ordinating with internal teams for new link commissioning & troubleshooting to isolate the problem.
Preparation of various Reports of SDWAN, monitoring of Network health, Application prioritization & utilization & Bandwidth utilization report on monthly basis for reporting and review.
2 . Implementation & Operations Support of New Network Projects
- Implementation and commissioning of Security Projects like Zscaler and Netskope Cloud Proxy and NAC Solution Deception tools like Smokescreen, etc.
- Support execution of ongoing projects in the IT Infrastructure Team.
- Failover configuration and Testing of New SDWAN Project.
- Liaise with External Partners for Installation of the New Projects.
Monitor & manage SDWAN Platform 24*7, Troubleshooting of problems in SDWAN.
3. Administrator of WI-FI Network
Performing, Planning, Procurement, Installation, monitoring and Troubleshooting of Mojo/Aruba WI-FI Devices of PAN Hindalco Locations.
Ensure high availability uptime of Wi-Fi network by Continuous monitoring with help of monitoring tools.
4. DC and DR Infra support for One ERP EKAAYAN Project
Installation & Monitoring of One ERP EKAAYAN IT Infrastructure for Network Switches, Firewall, Load Balancer, Log Analyzer etc., VPN setup with Oracle Cloud at Primary IDC(LVSB) & DR(Hyderabad)
Managing resources from all the vendors like Oracle, Konverge STT for DC and DR Operations
5.Cloud Proxy (Zscaler)
Overall migration of on prem proxy to Cloud Proxy (Zscaler & Netskope) as Solution and management and operation of overall 8000 plus PAN Hindalco Proxy Users.
6.Cloud VPN (Zscaler)
Previously we are using the Onprem F5 VPN and currently we have migrated all Hindalco Users from On Prem VPN to Cloud VPN and overall migration and operation scope are managed and we have approx. 2500 plus VPN Users PAN Hindalco.
