Role Description The WhatsApp Community Expert internship is a remote role focused on building, nurturing, and moderating vibrant WhatsApp communities for Peachy Peapod Marketing and its clients. In this role, you will manage community groups, welcome new members, clarify group guidelines, and keep conversations active, respectful, and on-topic. You will respond to member queries, share timely updates, and escalate issues or feedback to the relevant internal teams. You will collaborate with the marketing team to plan and schedule content, campaigns, and engagement activities tailored to WhatsApp audiences. You will also track community metrics, gather insights, and suggest improvements to enhance member satisfaction and brand engagement. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital community building and direct interaction with a dynamic marketing team.

• Strong Community Engagement and Community Management skills, with the ability to foster inclusive, active, and respectful WhatsApp groups.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, including clear written messaging, empathetic listening, and the ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
• Customer Service mindset, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and delivering a positive member experience.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp features (groups, broadcasts, labels, basic analytics) and comfort using other social and messaging platforms.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple groups, schedule content, and maintain accurate records of conversations, feedback, and community insights.
• Interest in digital marketing, social media, and online communities; prior internship or project experience in these areas is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in marketing, communications, media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
