As the Head of Content, you will be responsible for managing and growing PrimeWealth’s content ecosystem.
Your primary responsibility will be to help us create high-quality educational content for NRIs, with YouTube as the main platform and other platforms supporting the larger content strategy.
You will work closely with the CEO and internal team to plan content topics, research NRI pain points, coordinate scripts, manage uploads, study content performance, repurpose long-form content, and build a consistent content calendar across platforms.
The goal is simple:
To make PrimeWealth one of the most trusted educational brands for NRIs who are planning their investments, taxes, retirement, and return to India.
Key Responsibilities
1) Youtube Strategy & Growth
You will help manage the complete YouTube content process.
This includes researching video topics, studying what NRIs are searching for, identifying high-potential themes, creating title and thumbnail ideas, planning video structures, coordinating scripts, and ensuring videos are published properly.
You will also review YouTube analytics regularly, including CTR, retention, average view duration, audience drop-offs, traffic sources, and topic performance.
Based on data, you will help suggest changes to titles, thumbnails, hooks, video formats, and future content strategy.
2) Content Research
You should be comfortable researching topics related to NRIs, investments, taxation, retirement planning, return to India, FEMA, banking, mutual funds, estate planning, and cross-border financial issues.
You do not need to be a financial expert from day one.
But you must have the ability to understand complex topics, ask good questions, work with internal experts, and turn technical information into simple, clear, and useful content.
You will help create video outlines, script drafts, talking points, hooks, intros, and content angles in PrimeWealth’s tone.
3) Short-Form Video Repurposing
You will help identify short-form content opportunities from long-form YouTube videos.
This includes finding strong clips, writing captions, briefing editors, and coordinating uploads across YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.
The focus is not just to create random viral clips.
The focus is to repurpose useful ideas from long-form content into short, sharp, educational pieces that build trust with the right audience.
4) LinkedIn & Company Page Content
You will help create and manage LinkedIn content for the founder and the PrimeWealth company page.
This includes educational posts, story-driven posts, insights from client conversations, short lessons from YouTube videos, carousel ideas, and posts based on common NRI questions.
The writing style should be clear, mature, practical, and trust-building.
We do not want generic motivational content or shallow finance tips.
5) Newsletter & Weekly NRI Digest
You will help create a weekly NRI Digest for clients and subscribers.
This newsletter may include:
The newsletter should be useful, readable, and relevant for NRIs across countries.
6) SEO Blogs & Website Content
You will coordinate SEO-focused blog content for the PrimeWealth website.
This may include converting YouTube scripts into blogs, planning blog topics, coordinating with writers, reviewing drafts, improving readability, and ensuring the content matches PrimeWealth’s standards.
The goal is to build long-term discoverability through high-quality educational content.
7) Community Listening & Topic Mining
You will help track what NRIs are discussing across platforms such as YouTube comments, LinkedIn, Reddit, NRI forums, WhatsApp community questions, and client conversations.
The objective is to identify real problems, repeated questions, confusing areas, and content opportunities.
You will help convert those questions into future YouTube videos, LinkedIn posts, blogs, newsletters, and short-form content.
8) Collaboration Opportunities
You will help identify collaboration opportunities with other creators, podcast hosts, YouTube channels, finance educators, tax experts, NRI communities, and relevant professionals.
This includes finding the right collaborators, shortlisting opportunities, preparing outreach drafts, and helping coordinate content partnerships.
9) Content Calendar & Execution Management
You will own the content calendar across platforms.
This includes planning weekly and monthly content, coordinating with video editors, thumbnail designers, writers, and internal team members, and ensuring that content is published consistently.
You should be able to manage multiple moving parts without losing quality.
