Mon, Wed & Thu: 4:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Office), remaining shift from Home.

Tue & Fri: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Office), remaining shift from Home.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AdOps Executive to join our Ad Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day ad operations, supporting Media Buyers, maintaining advertising assets, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns across digital advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve operational requests received through the Operations Chatbox.
• Support Media Buyers with ad account, Business Manager, page, profile, and asset-related requirements.
• Create, maintain, and update asset sheets, trackers, and operational records.
• Manage and organize advertising assets across multiple accounts and platforms.
• Assist in campaign setup, account maintenance, and troubleshooting operational issues.
• Monitor account health and coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of ad accounts, profiles, pages, Business Managers, and related assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
• Follow platform policies and internal compliance guidelines.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Ad Operations, Digital Marketing Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Ad Accounts, Pages, and Profiles.
• Good understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience in asset management, account operations, and campaign support.
• Prior experience in a performance marketing agency will be an added advantage.
