About The Role Join Accenture’s Global Network Retail team and work at the intersection of strategy and execution for leading global retailers. As a Consultant, you will drive digital transformation programs spanning e-commerce, loyalty, and customer analytics — partnering with clients from diagnosis through delivery. This role is for someone who is as comfortable in a client boardroom as in a workstream deep-dive: sharp on strategy, hands-on in execution, and compelling in every communication.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and contribute to client engagements focused on retail digital transformation, covering e-commerce platforms, loyalty programs, and customer/marketing analytics
- Develop business cases, design operating models, and establish transformation governance frameworks
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, stakeholder workshops, and benchmarking exercises to shape prioritized digital roadmaps
- Support platform discovery and implementation across tools such as Adobe Experience Cloud, CDPs, CMS, PIM, POS, or DAM solutions
- Drive end-to-end requirements gathering, functional design, and solution validation in close collaboration with client IT, marketing, and operations teams
- Contribute to marketing analytics workstreams by helping clients structure segmentation approaches, prioritize personalization initiatives, and establish ROI measurement frameworks tied to business outcomes.
- Develop high-quality client-facing deliverables — structured PowerPoint presentations and Excel models that are clear, rigorous, and board-ready
- Contribute to business development through RFP responses, POVs, and thought leadership
- Mentor junior team members and support capability-building within the retail digital practice
