Outreach Executive Full Time

We help international students and skilled migrants in Australia break into corporate roles they were told were out of reach. We’ve placed 70+ clients across data, engineering, IT, marketing, and clinical research. We move fast, we’re systems-driven, and we measure results.

The role

As Outreach Executive, you build and own Ark Abroad’s network of external partners — primarily recruiters and migration agents across Australia. You’ll run high-volume, high-quality outreach across cold calling, LinkedIn, and email to start conversations, build relationships, and turn cold contacts into partners who refer clients to us and open up roles for the people we coach.

This is a relationship-driven outreach role. You’re persistent, personable, and you understand that the goal isn’t to send messages — it’s to start conversations that go somewhere.

What you’ll do

• Identify and build targeted lists of recruiters, agencies, and migration agents across Australia worth reaching out to.
• Run consistent daily outreach across cold calls, LinkedIn DMs, and cold email — with strong follow-up sequences, not one-and-done.
• Write outreach that gets replies: personalised, clear, and built around what’s in it for them.
• Book and coordinate calls and meetings between prospects and the founder/team.
• Build genuine relationships with recruiters and migration agents that turn into ongoing referral and placement channels.
• Track every contact, touchpoint, and outcome in our CRM, and report on what’s working.
• Test and refine messaging, channels, and timing to improve response and booking rates.

Who you are

• You’re comfortable on the phone and not afraid to cold call — you can get a busy stranger to stay on the line.
• You’re a strong, concise writer who can personalise outreach at scale without sounding like a robot or a template.
• You’re persistent and process-driven — you follow up, you track everything, and you don’t drop leads.
• You’re personable and good at building rapport quickly with professionals.
• You’re organised and self-managing — this is remote, so you run your own day and hit your numbers.
• You stay calm and motivated through rejection, because outreach means hearing “no” a lot.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales development, business development, recruitment, lead generation, or partnerships.
• Familiarity with the Australian job market, recruitment agencies, or the migration/visa space.
• Experience with CRMs and outreach tools (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn outreach, email sequencing).
• An existing understanding of the international student / skilled migrant journey to Australia.
