Our Client

An integrated platform company in the real estate services industry focused on providing property management and services, including maintenance to HOAs.

Activities

The main objective of the billing clerk is:

• Invoice creation.
• Help send out invoices for different company divisions across various emails and upload them to the system
• Make credit card reconciliation reports and update them in the system
• Edit invoices, clean them, and read spelling errors

Schedule

Monday to Friday

Regular Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST MX

Daylight Saving: 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST MX

This position is remote, but you’ll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.
