Tharani Infra primarily executes projects ranging from ₹50L to ₹3Cr in Chennai and expanding markets.

Role Description

The Procurement Manager – Interior & Fitouts will oversee the end-to-end procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, furniture, and services for office interior and fit-out projects. Responsibilities include vendor identification and evaluation, contract negotiation and management, purchase order processing, cost analysis, and ensuring materials meet quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Procurement and Supplier Evaluation within the interior and fit-out industry
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to optimize procurement processes and cost control
• Familiarity with budgeting, project timelines, and quality assurance in procurement
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Prior experience with corporate office fit-outs is a plus
