Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Admin Full Time NEW

THIS IS A LONG TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY LEADERS.

We are looking for an experienced Messaging Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration and messaging platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams in an enterprise environment, along with strong troubleshooting and operational support capabilities.

Experience Required

• 7–10 years overall experience
• 5–8 years relevant experience in Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration support

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online administration.
• Experience managing Microsoft Teams collaboration features and policies.
• Knowledge of PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in enterprise messaging environments.

• Exposure to SendGrid

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams environments.
• Troubleshoot mail flow, mailbox access, client connectivity, and collaboration platform issues.
• Manage shared mailboxes, distribution lists, transport rules, and connectors.
• Configure and support Teams policies, meetings, collaboration, and calling features.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 service health and proactively resolve incidents.
• Handle incident, service request, and problem management activities within SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring operational issues.
• Support SharePoint Online basic administration activities.
• Assist service desk teams in improving first-contact resolution (FCR).
• Support collaboration platforms including Slack and conference room technologies when required.
