Assistant Manager – Administration & Data Center Facility Management

Cyfuture is a leading Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, Managed Services, and Data Center company. As we expand our AI-ready Data Center infrastructure in Noida, we are looking for an Assistant Manager – Administration & Data Center Facility Management with a strong Data Center and Electrical Infrastructure background.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing large-scale Data Center facilities, critical power infrastructure, DG sets, UPS systems, HVAC/chiller systems, and facility operations, ensuring maximum uptime, compliance, and operational excellence. Experience in 40 MW Data Center environments is highly Mandatory.
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet ALL of the following requirements:
✔ Currently based in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR, or nearby locations and available for in-person interviews and office-based work.
✔ Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Administration, Facility Management, Infrastructure Operations, or Data Center Facility Management.
Mandatory Data Center Infrastructure Experience
✔ Proven experience working in 40 MW Data Center environments.
✔ Hands-on experience managing 200 TR chillers (multiple units) and central cooling infrastructure.
✔ Strong experience in operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of 1010 kVA DG Sets.
✔ Experience ensuring uptime, reliability, preventive maintenance, and operational continuity of critical infrastructure.
Candidates without relevant experience in large-scale Data Center infrastructure, chillers, and DG systems will not be considered.
✔ Stable career history with reasonable tenure in previous organizations.
Frequent job changes or short-duration employment will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Facility Management
- Manage end-to-end administration and facility operations across offices and Data Centers.
- Ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities and support services.
- Implement SOPs, governance standards, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Drive operational efficiency and service excellence.
Data Center Infrastructure Management
Manage and monitor:
- Electrical Distribution Systems
- DG Sets (1010 kVA)
- UPS Infrastructure
- HVAC & Chiller Systems
- CCTV Surveillance Systems
- Fire Detection & Suppression Systems
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Critical Utility Infrastructure
Ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and business continuity of all critical assets.
Construction & Infrastructure Projects
- Lead office fit-outs, renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and expansion projects.
- Manage planning, budgeting, execution, vendor coordination, and quality control.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, and deliverables.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Govern SLAs for security, housekeeping, engineering, electrical maintenance, and facility services.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality.
Compliance, Audits & Government Liaison
- Coordinate with government and statutory authorities for approvals, inspections, renewals, and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead facility audits and closure of audit observations.
Security & Risk Management
- Oversee physical security operations and access control systems.
- Lead emergency preparedness, crisis management, and incident response programs.
- Ensure implementation of business continuity and risk mitigation measures.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead administration, engineering, facility, and security teams.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Educational Qualifications
