Kreativ Street is looking to hire client servicing manager to look after some if its key client partnerships with an objective to manage and nurture the relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the brand to the core including but not limited to its market, target audience, communication challenges and objectives, tonality of the brand, competition, etc.
- Liaison with the strategy and creative team to help develop outstanding creative work for social, digital and mainline
- Lead/support big digital and mainline campaign including digital films, TVC, print ad, activation, etc.
- Manage different moving part of client’s mandate and ensure high quality delivery on time
- Ensure 100% client retention by delivering output of highest quality
- Grow the account 30% YOY by pro-actively identifying opportunities for your brand
Key Skills / Experience:
- Prior experience of 2-4 years in marketing / advertising domain (agency or client side)
- Ability to write marketing/communication briefs
- Ability to sell and grow the business by farming existing clients
- Ability to articulate and present ideas including make presentations
- Ability to interact and build relationship internally and externally (with clients)
- Ability to manage large projects with different moving parts and ensuring timely delivery
- Exposed to cinema/popular culture
- Love for advertising
