Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven CPL (Cost Per Lead) Operations Executive to manage end-to-end lead generation campaign operations, client servicing, and publisher management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms like Everflow, Trackier, ClickFlare, HasOffers, Cake, or similar tools, along with a strong understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute CPL campaigns across multiple verticals such as Insurance, Finance, Home Services, Education, etc.
• Handle end-to-end campaign operations including setup, optimization, monitoring, and scaling
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution
• Build and manage relationships with publishers/affiliates to drive high-quality lead generation
• Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as lead quality, approval rate, conversion rate, and ROI
• Coordinate with internal teams (media buying, tech, and analytics) for seamless campaign execution
• Troubleshoot tracking and postback issues to ensure accurate lead attribution and reporting
• Analyze campaign data and share actionable insights to improve performance and scalability
• Ensure campaigns comply with client guidelines, compliance standards, and traffic quality benchmarks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in CPL / Affiliate Marketing
• Working knowledge of tracking platforms like Trackier, ClickFlare, Everflow, HasOffers, Cake, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of publisher management and client servicing
• Familiarity with CPL, CPA, and lead generation models
• Good analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience handling US market campaigns
• Knowledge of verticals like Insurance, Medicare, Debt, Solar, or Home Services and other CPL verticals is a plus.
• Exposure to traffic sources such as Google, Facebook, Native, Push, Email, or SMS marketing
