Platform Operations Assistant Full Time

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Operations Support team member to help keep communication flowing across our tech platform.

This is a junior, remote, full-time role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and helping create a great experience for both companies and candidates. The role sits at the centre of our platform activity — helping ensure conversations happen, applicants receive feedback, and opportunities don’t go quiet.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting day-to-day activity across our platform
• Following up with advisors, hiring teams, and companies to encourage ongoing communication
• Ensuring candidates receive timely updates and feedback on applications
• Chasing responses where conversations have stalled
• Helping maintain a positive and active community experience for both talent and employers
• Monitoring role activity and engagement across the platform + Monthly Tracking/Reporting on role performance.
• Assisting with general operations and admin tasks
• Identifying opportunities to improve response times and candidate experience
• Keeping internal notes and systems updated accurately

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written communication skills – Fluent English is a must
• Friendly, confident, and professional approach when messaging users
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks at once
• Someone proactive who enjoys keeping momentum and engagement high
• Interest in recruitment, talent, startups, or tech is a bonus.
• Previous admin, customer support, community, or coordination experience is helpful but not essential
