Salon Recruiter Full Time

Lyra Salon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and people-focused Salon Recruiter / HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for salon operations. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing vacancies across salon positions while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

This position requires excellent fluency in Malayalam and Hindi to effectively communicate with skilled staff candidates and support high-volume recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for salon positions including:
Hair Stylists
Beauticians
Nail Technicians
Makeup Artists
Salon Managers
Receptionists
Support Staff
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, field recruitment, and direct outreach.
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and salon management.
Maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline and reduce vacancy turnaround time.
Build relationships with beauty academies, training institutes, and recruitment channels.
Handle offer rollouts, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.
Ensure hiring aligns with company culture and operational requirements.
Support additional HR coordination activities as required.

Requirements

Mandatory fluency: Malayalam and Hindi
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1–3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, staffing, or talent acquisition.
Prior experience hiring for salons, retail, hospitality, wellness, beauty, or service industries is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and candidate databases.
Comfortable with frequent calling and candidate coordination.
