virtual drive on Thursday/Friday.

Position: HR Administration/ Senior Delivery Manager HR Operation

8 12 years

Service delivery management across multiple process towers

Accountable for end-to-end HR Admin service delivery across multiple geographies/markets

Own P&L accountability for HR Admin tower headcount, attrition, cost per transaction

Drive transformation initiatives automation, AI deployment, process re-engineering

Manage Client stakeholder relationships at HR Director / VP level

Lead quarterly business reviews and governance forums

Partner with Client Global Process Owners on process design and SLA frameworks

Develop and execute talent strategy for the HR Admin tower

Key Skills

Proven people management experience (managing managers)

Strong Workday HCM and ServiceNow HRSD functional knowledge

Client-facing communication and stakeholder management

SLA governance, operational risk management

CI/Lean mindset identify and lead improvement projects

Workforce planning and resource management
