Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller/Chartered Accountant, based in Jaipur. The role entails preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounting operations, and ensuring financial compliance and reporting accuracy. The professional will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, while identifying key financial opportunities and risks. The role also involves maintaining internal controls and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and trends
• Proven expertise in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines
• CA qualification is required, with prior experience in leadership or financial management roles
• Familiarity with financial compliance standards, tax laws, and audit processes
• Experience in retail or e-commerce industries is a plus
