The Role

We are hiring Software Developers with 0–2 years of experience to join our India engineering team. This is a full-stack role — you will work on both backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (JavaScript / React), building real features for real customers from Day 1.

We are looking for people who are passionate, curious, and self-motivated. You don’t need to know everything — you need to love learning, take ownership, and never stop asking questions.

What You Will Do

• Build and ship features across our product using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React

• Write clean, readable, and well-tested code

• Participate in code reviews — both giving and receiving feedback

• Work closely with the product and design team to understand requirements and translate them into working software

• Debug and fix issues — own problems end-to-end

• Contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions as you grow

• Learn fast — our codebase will teach you things no textbook can

Who We Are Looking For

• Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of professional experience in software development

• B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related field)

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, complexity

• Familiarity with at least one backend or frontend language (Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.)

• Understanding of how the web works — HTTP, APIs, databases

• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases

• Comfort with Git for version control

• Strong problem-solving mindset — willingness to figure things out independently

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with Ruby on Rails (even via personal projects or tutorials)

• Exposure to React or any modern JavaScript framework

• Any deployed project — open source contribution, hackathon project, internship work

• Familiarity with agile / sprint-based workflows

• Strong academic record — but we value curiosity and hustle over grades
